Question kicking over but not starting

I have a 05 predator it was running great had it dynoed yesterday and everything was fine and today it road good then i was loading it on my ramps on my truck and didnt have enough speed and it rolled back down and died. now it wont run. I had the timing checked compression checked and the carb looks good my plug sparks on time with my piston and everything will turn but the motor wont engage and run. I have tried putting back on my stock cdi and same results. does anyone have any help
