so i'm wanting to build a wooden freestyle ramp for my quad. has anyone done this?? if so can i see some pictures or something?? and if you have how did u do it?

i know theres some guys on here and on the akraix site who have had wooden freestyle ramps there should be pics somewhere in this forum if you try and search for wooden freestyle ramp you might find something.

wood is definately not the way to go but if you have no other way you can get away with it on a smaller scale it wouldn't be to cost effective IMO to try and build a fullsize ramp out of wood because you would end up spending a few hundred dollars on something that will only last a couple of years and may have to be resurfaced a few times in between depending on the quality of the wood and how the weather is and everything else as opposed to about a grand for a fullsize metal ramp that will last pretty much forever
