if you are looking for tracks try glen helen, lake elsinore mx park, el cajon mx park. if you are looking for desert then go to ocitillo wells or plaster city. if you want dunes then go to glamis or gordons well. and the last place i can think of right now is hungry valley which is mainly trails and trees.

San Diego- there is a mx track out in the east county called El Cajon mx park like stated before. There open for practice only on Monday nights between 5pm and 9pm its 20.00 for 4hrs ( not to bad ) they are the only game in town unless you want to travel for more than an hour. Ducan racing holds there practice there along with Temecula racing.

I was stationed at Miramar about 2 years ago and used to go to Lake Morena. I did the Jeep thing back then, but I am sure you could ride out there. Its about 15-20 miles past the Viejas Casino on the right hand side when you are heading east. Look it up on the web. You can find plenty of info. Hope you have fun.
