When i cut my fenders i uses electrical tape to mark my lines and a hacksaw to cut, then when i had it the shape i wanted it i used sand paper and gradually went up in grits un till it was as smooth as i wanted it. Hope this helps.

Yea did the same used electrical tape to mark the line then used a jig saw on high speed with a fine metal cutting blade -took the fender off in like 1 min. with a nice smooth cut then used a belt sander to shape the edges and corners then hand sanded to round the edges over
Its also a good idea to cut them at first a little wider than you want them in case you make a mistake then sand them down to where you want them
good luck

i used a marker, but i have a pretty steady hand, and i used a dremel with a drill bit, then sanded it out
