They come like that all in one peice so you don't have to mess with those black side panels. Mine came from maier but you can get them much cheaper through rocky mountain atv or any mx shops heres a side pic of them.

thanks! i just had to cut the hole in the plastic for the scoop and it just screws on with 4 screws and it fits really good. the tank cover fits good with maier plastic.

i like the look of that quad alot It looks very sick from the front but i think the scoops stick out too much and are a little odd shaped. what brand are they?
