The price for the 2002 400ex's has come down on the East Coast. I live near Philly and the price for a brand new one off the floor is only $4999 so dont spend too much cause these low prices could hit your town. There is only one reason for lower prices though. Honda is making a new quad.

I bought a 2001 last May when the 2002's were coming out. Mine was $4950, bought it up in Lancaster, Ohio. No taxes on it either.
