so...are you in

Posted by: Fitzy

are they state trails? do you have to be registered in Mass to ride there???

Posted by: Brad

not that i know of, although i am

Posted by: sideways

technically your supposed to be registered even if you never leave your own property on the quad. My 400EX isnt registered, but ive never had a run in with the cops either. Oh, and the cops are tricky, they'll have someone fake a fall right in front of you so when you go to help, they jump out of the woods and arrest you. (happened to 2 friends)
And most all of the riding in franklin is in the state forest, good trail riding but make sure you have a good swingarm skiplate, lots of rocks!! oh and mud

who or what is that?? free track?

Posted by: quadman22

i would love to go in the worst way BUT my motors not back together yet im definately setting up a ride in franklin soon after its done. i'll let everyone know when. maybe my big kicker will be built by then my backyard touches the franklin state forest so i ride there everyday, i know everywhere around here

Posted by: sideways

anyone know if you guys are going to be entering bellingham at all? Theres a nice pit there that you can ride on, not many jumps but tons of hillclimbs and its a good time for all.. anyway im interested in riding and i know the trails round here damn good. let me know if you need more riders...

Posted by: quadman22

sideways, pretty much all of my riding or atleast "practicing" is in bellingham. That pit is about 1.5 min away from my house. i live in franklin... u live around here and what do you ride? maybe i've seen u before

Posted by: sideways

The old railroad bed in bellingham that crosses fox run rd is basically my backyard from fox run to the bridge on 126. I ride the trails from there to wrentham and franklin quite often, but the whoops are a major killer. i got a 2000 400ex red and black, sounds like a harley, usually sideways in the middle of the trail. what do you ride?? prolly have seen each other around before...

Posted by: quadman22

i got a 400ex... i know exaclty where that bridge is

when i get my bike back together i'll PM you and we'll meet at the bellingham pit right near the dump

Posted by: 300exHILLER

I'm going to be working on my 300ex saturday unless anyone wants show up early in the morning so I can get it going and come out with you guys. It's a minor electrical problem. I have a new harrness if that needs to be chaged but I think it's a stupid broken wire where I tied in to it for my teather. O and the R is not in yet

no its just a pit that leads to alot of trails

Posted by: sideways

sounds like a plan. Any idea when you'll be ready to ride? im gonna be a little busy sat, but it shouldnt be to hard to get away for a few hours to do some riding. let me know when your ready. I never take my bike apart to the point i cant ride so im always ready to go! where in franklin do you live.?

Posted by: Brad

does 12-1 sound alrite?

Posted by: RIjon

300exHILLER,

You bought an R ??

I think you might beat me in a drag race now

I can't wait to see it

Posted by: 300exHILLER

Yea It's been paid for, for 6 weeks now. Hey Bought a 99 superduty too!!! I think my Girl is going ride the 300. Which is faster than when I dragged with you. Now it might be alittle closer. I'm getting up at 6am to get my 300 running so maybe I can meet up with you guys tomorrow. As soon as I get the R I'll be PM-ing all you guys for a franklin ride.

How I get to simies????Either buy 495 or down the powerlines from King st in Franklin.
Or
is anyone meeting at Wes' shop?

Posted by: Brad

me and my dad cant go, the 400 just stopped running today im gonna tear it down and see what the hell this things continuious problem is, and dads solenoid is acting up so he cant make it either

Posted by: Brad

possible chance of us being there...i think its just the spark plug and the tube is inexpensive

Posted by: quadman22

sideways... i just ordered my gaskets today so it should be 4 business days and they'll be in but next weekend im gong to maine snowboarding...the weekend after ( the 20th and 21st) i should be ready to go. i'll let ya know
