People have asked me how to do it and where they go...so...

I managed to get some pics before i powdercoated it and put it back together. I have been meaning to make a post but never got around to it. I put in 4 gussetts and i went over some welds...

I put them in myself, i couldnt find anyone that would do it for this frame..i got the blocks of steel from a hardware store....

Here are two that go down my the footpegs...

Thanks for the pics.I've been trying to find some pics of 250X frames.I'll be getting my frame gusseted this week. Did you gusset the front shock mounts or anywhere else?

Where would be the best place to gusset the front shock area?

im not sure on that one. Probably the top inside area like they do on the 400's...
