I think they might but just take the bumper off your 400 and see if the R one lines up right...Later

They are a little difrent but you can make it work. I just did this last night. The bottom is about 1/2 inch wider on the 400 and the top is about 1/4 or maybe even 1/8 wider. A little hammer work and I got mine on but its a new style AC.

I used washers for the top mounts of the bumper. For the bottom, I bent the mounts out with a screwdriver. Just make sure you do it evenly or it will be cock-eyed.
