if i put my 300ex motor in a 250r frame with a arms and the hole bit it would be alot faster correct?

if i get what you are trying to say here,no it will not make it faster,it will just make it look better because of all the parts that are available for the 250R

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think frames make a big difference in your atv's speed, unless your current frame weighs alot more..

Yes that is correct, putting a 300ex motor in a R frame would do nothing for speed. It might handle better but i doubt it. It doesn't matter what frame you put your 300 motor in it will work best in the 300 frame.
