You will get one race ready far cheaper than building one yourself. You also have to take into account how much wear will be on it also from racing. Best bet is finding one just made race ready but not with very many hours on it. I see quads with 6-8000 bucks in them go for a lot less all the time on here. Unless you like spending money.

You will get a lot more out of building one yourself...if you have the money that is! When you are done you will be more proud of it, b/c it will be unique and set up for YOU.
