Hey i was just wondering if i would be able to run a 3.2 gallon IMS gas tank on my 300ex. My 300ex has racing front fenders so would i have to cut the hole designed for my stock gas tank or would it fit in fine? Help me out guys!

it works fine, the ims tank is completly under the plastic, it doesnt stick up at the cap like a 400ex/250r tank does. hard to tell its even there

if u have maier plastics it will not fit to good, the sides wil bulge out like crazy, they are wider then stock.

yes the plastic does buldge out where the tank is, but the hole for the tank will still fit in the hole already cut. Mine just isn't centered in the hole
