i would think that it would be a good idea to race a season first and then try to get some sponors. But when that time comes, how do i go about getting companies to sponors, besides win races.

i ride a 416ex and i am well known at a local shop and are pretty good friends with the owner and the workers but he is a polaris atv shop so would i have a chance of getting a sponsor from them or not? just wanting you opinion

I would think you have a good chance, thats how I got into it. My local dealer actully got me started racing.
