If anyone can help me or give suggstions? I race a 1999 300ex and 400e both pretty much stock. I need to know what kind of oils to use! I used golden spectro on both machines and fried the valve guides it was a synthtic no petroleum. Any suggestions will help thank you!

I always use Spectro Gold or Castrol GTX 20w50 or the Honda Brand. I do not race. The Honda oil seems to make my 300EX run better.

i use whatever my dad has in the garage. usually havoline or mobil. 10-40 in the winter and 20-50 in the summer.
