Painting my a-arms

My a-arms are getting pretty beat up, paint in cracking and chipping and they got some rust I need to take care of. Going to paint them either red or blue tell me what you think.

Here's a side shot to give you the color scheme the blue is darker than it looks in the pic

yeah i would go wit blue cuz there aint 2 much blue on the bike and it would look awsome

I would reccomend getting that spray on bed liner stuff for trucks put on there. My buddy had it done to his warrior a-arms and swingarm. It been a little over a year since he had it done and its still holdi up fine!

i'm in the process of paintin the a arms on my 300. heres a pic of it so far......the blue looks pretty good clean shave.

Hey how are you painting them i was gonna try to do my frame and a-arms i was gonna sand blast them down then paint them clear coat but how are u doing it??

Wire wheel the paint off and then sand the rremaining with 400 grit until smooth, prime and paint. 3 coats of the color and 2 of the clear. And just touch it up as I need it.

I'm in the same boat with the a-arms, since I can't have mine shot with PC, it's probably going to be paint. Though this sounds like a good idea, get it lined with the bedliner, that would probably hold up real good, PITA to clean I'd imagine though.

What's everyones thoughts on this?
