Any tips for waterproofing an ex?

What do you guys (or gals) do to keep them running good in a mud race. We got a lot of rain last weekend the day before our season opener and had several problems as a result.
The place we raced last weekend is about 25 miles from the place in Gilmer where they are having the GNCC, they are expecting more rain mid week, but hopefully it will be dry by the weekend!

I'm not a racer but I do know that dielectric grease works great on all electrical contacts including the spark plug.

Buy something else.
Just kidding. use duct seal you can get it at an electrical supply house.

I agree. I've rode in rain and wet conditions for hours and no problems.

Dielectric grease on all electric connections,keep the air box lid on or cover the holes in it.
