Posted by: seatec
when you enlarge the picture it actualy says" For Arm pump relief" and some other crap.
Posted by: Jeff@TireBalls

Buy us 2 bottles an have then ship one to my house. I'll let ya know how well it works when i get back from texas..
Posted by: exman
when do you apply it, between stream crossings, or in the air over doubles..hahaha
Posted by: seatec
i dont think it will do any more than a coupel of Advils or aleves.

Ya, look who they tested it on. Them S.O.B's
Does it work?
The crew at P.C.S is mostly made up of overweight 30 year old vet riders who usually only ride and race on the weekend so we are the perfect test riders to test A.P.R. Spray. The test riders would put it on ten minutes before they would go out for a moto. Almost all riders came in from their ride definitely noticing a big difference in how long they could ride because of the lack of arm pump, less arm fatigue, and no more numbness in the hands.

I just noticed this post ... and I looked at the pic of the product , if you guys look at the bottle in red letters on the lower half of the bottle it says MSM .... this is why the product works .... call your local feed store and ask them what MSM is and they will tell you that it is a MUSCLE RELAXER FOR HORSES........ how do I know this ... I have horses and we use this product on them after races ......... If it was me.. I would think twice about using this product ....no way ... just my two cents........

lets have some fun....ill buy a bottle and re label it "sex enhancer"
then we will send it to .....well we will just send it
Posted by:
IT says it's FDA approved. I wonder what would happen if ya drank or snorted it...

You be saying "But this never happens to me" a lot.
Posted by: Pappy
id prolly try it. i get arm pump for the first 15 minutes them im good till the end. and i take asprin thats for horses so wtf
Posted by: seatec
pappy, i get arm pump alot which i attribute to holding on liek a gorilla instead of relaxing. ARe you saying that the armpump will subside if your ide through it? SHould i take some aspirin before a ride?
Posted by: Pappy
yeah jeff said i ride like im trying to choke the bars
even a normal ride kills me the first 15 minutes. at hatfield once i get the first 15 or so in...im good for the next 5 hours. but you are correct...relaxing is factor #1

That sure would ruin their night!

thanx

Arm pump will go away if you are man enough to tough it out for the 30 minutes or so. Just about every XC i've ever ran, the 2nd lap is brutal because of arm pump, the last lap or last 2 laps are normally my fastest... GO figure..
Posted by: Pappy
harlen said i have too much muscle in my arms to get rid of arm pump
then i see john natalie who has arms like a gorilla and he always has the hammer down. i guess its what you train your muscles to do that matters. i bet john would get tired throwin batteries

Posted by:
Yeah ole Jeffy and Rowlrag are pretty fast and both of them could hand glide with a dorito if we found a big enough mountain to sail them off of...
Friggen bean poles, no muscles and fast. Maybe I should become a belimic

bolemics dont drink beer so thats a big NEGATIVE
Posted by: seatec
I hear ya on the toughing it out part. It's just that it gets a little dangerous trying to hold on to the bars while ripping thorugh the woods. Oh well, thats what helmets are for, right? Yeah, i wish i was rail thin too but i just have to lug around 280 lbs on a 6'4" frame. good thing about that is though that you gte mad traction when my buddies who are smaller are sliding around.

Aspirin?
Right now I`m using Enduro Exxcel, Haven`t tryed yet but people in the store(Vitamin Shop) said it was the best thing for races/competition.
Anyone taking a different stuff?
I already took a pill called RED, no good.

You must be paid well or just crazy...
I have about a 40 minute ride to work everyday and for about the last 2 months I been usin a gripper thing myself and doin 150 push-ups minimum a day..
Posted by: jja125
my "out of town living expense" funds my one man race team
looks like i'll be racing against you this year rico. i'm not doing the push up thing yet. i figure if i can just get my hands to stay on the grips the whole race it doesn't really matter what the rest of my body is doing. maybe i should try duct tape this year.
Posted by: Kissrider27
come on guys........ride through it......don'e let a little girl beat you cuz you can't lag through the arm pump
