Is there anyone on here who actually has a methanol/alcohol powered 400ex race quad?
This is supposed to be the ticket but no one seems to be running it. Cooler motors and higher hp.
I want to convert but want some testomonials too.

I don't know if this will help you run cooler but it will give you huge gains of hp.

I will be running methanol very soon. I ordered the FCR41 alky conversion kit today from FTZ. I'll let you know as soon as I get the EX up and running. Alky made a big difference on my Sport.

The 400's Ive rode on alcohol will haul some major anus. Its great, but after you get done riding you have to purge the motor with gas.(drain the alky out of the carb & run gas through the motor). I say its worth converting your bike to alcohol if you race seriously.

Now about the NOS. Theres banshees at the track that have that on it. Cody fudged up his right arm pretty good ridin a NOS banshee, now hes got to wear this big brace for a while. Anywho, he was ridin & pushed the button & it came back on him.
