I am trying to make my 2002 300ex look and feel alot more like a race/freestyle quad other then a trail quad. What should i do?

just sell it and buy a 400/450 best decision i've made with the 300.sell it before you put more money in it i put alot in mine and i am only sellin it for what we bought it for,

I would keep it unless your bored off it

If you wanted to upgrade it, get some decent arms an axle and some good shocks, dont even need to touch the motor, because the chassis upgrades alone would have you going faster and jumping higher, then when you get used to that upgrade the motor to a 330kit, then extend that short swingarm, that way you dont have to spend tons of money on a newer quad or another used quad. plus 300ex does a little bit of everything and its bullet proof

yeah if you are happy with the power or tha motor just do that. A-arms shocks plastics and a nice powerdercoat. Then nerfs rims and tires all that fun stuff

Hey thanx for the ideas guys. Also what kind of A-Arms and shocks do you guys request. I do alot of jumping and trail riding and i am looking for good a-arms and shocks and i am running low on money. Any suggestions?

p.s. I have heard good things about 400ex front a-arms on a 300ex. Are they a good choice or should I consider something else?

the 400ex front is an ok idea. i thought it felt a little twitchy. if u decide to go the right way i got some work shocks with rezzies for sale.
