Broken clutch puller pin thing, theyre like 7 bucks. Its pretty easy to replace, remove the clutch and put a new one in, thats it.

hey i have been thinking about my problem i have here, how did this happen? what causes this pin to break? does it happen often, is it a problem with the 400's?

Yes it is a common problem. No it isn't anything to worry about.I ran a '99 426 for 2 seasons and it never happend.I ran a 2000 416 and it happend on the 2nd year of racing.I don't think it is an epidemic just a part that gets pulled on alot and just wears.

i do alot of slo motion wheelies and i grab my clutch around 100 tims per wheelie, i do over 100 wheelies a day, if i put more play in my clutch will it be less likely to happen, or should i stop doing wheelies so much

why do you pull the clutch in?... why dont ya jus tap the rear brake?

Posted by: 660r2a400ex

because u stall out more also u cant make a complete stop doing a wheelie if u dont use the clutch, i can stop completely and hold the bike up in the same spot for around 10-20 seconds!!! i use my clutch a lot

cool i can wheelie like a mofo to but i just use the brake ill have to work on this
