Will older Clymers work for '03 300ex

Honda wants to charge me $50 for a maintenance manual! I guess they have some deal where they own the rights to the manual for a few years. Are there any major differences between my 03 300ex and a 300ex from a few years ago?

I'm not positive on the 300 but I bet the only changes have been cosmetic. I'm sure the most recent manual will get you through the majority if not all the general repairs.

Anyway back to the subject NO I don't believe there are any differences, try this website out, www.sweetquads.com to see if they have a manual you can download for the 300. Good luck & yeah they want a friggin mint for those manuals don't they

dirt girl i use a manual thats for like a 92-97 and it works fine for my 2000 so im sure it would work for u. also check ebay i see them go pretty cheap ont here

From 93' on service manuals will work for the 300ex, and if you are familiar with the engines and just need a littel help or a general idea the 250x manual could work in a pinch.

they are the exact same from the early 300ex to the 03's. the only thing is that the new ones have a clear snorkle tube i believe

Yes we used a 250x one on my 96 300 but you want to double check the torque specs between the 2 though cuz sometimes they are a little off!! But ohter than that they are about the same!!
