im curretnly starting my winter project i jus got yellow plastics and the frame is getting pced next week and i still havent decided on a color. i dont want black because i dont think it stands out enough. can you help me out?

Its a translucent blue, It looks better out side.
The trans blue looks diffrent depending on what color base they use. I think the base on that frame was silver.

next year i want to maybe pc the frame..do you think like a trans red would look ok with black nets and black silencer? i think it would contrast ok since i got the black stuff already and i kind of think the black frame looks pretty plain. so yellow plastics, trans red frame and black hmf can?

Thats my buddies 400, those tires came with the wheels when he bought them. His stock wheels were missing after he got it back from getting stolen.

They are stock 400ex tires that are grooved. They dont hook up for nothing. They do pretty good burn outs though.

Do they make translucent blue in just normal paint? I would like to try it on my a-arms first and make sure I like it!

Actually I have seen some in a can, I think you need to use a silcer or a white base like you do with powder. And it still probly wouldn't look the same. I wouldn't bother trying it translucent blue is pretty sweet. Check some of pappy's posts he has posted a bunch of pictures with it.

i have a yellow plastics with a red frame with silver metal flakes in the clear coat...got frame and subframe done for 75.00...good price....too bad i cant post pics of it on here...but i do got some pics of it on my old posts

since these pics ive shaved the plastics, and a new set of mxr rear tires....and i bought a n-style graphics kit/seat cover off ebay for 50.00....so it looks good

Here is a picture of mine when I first got it home and was taking the tires off. It is just yellow with black, but it looks pretty good IMO. It now has different tires, and I have Yellow shock covers and air scoops on the way. I am in the process of fabbing up a bumper too.
