anybody race the sport class from on this site? what kind of bike do the top 5 racers ride? how modded are they? is the competion pretty stiff of are the top 5 guys way ahead of everyone? any blasters or 250ex's or is it all 300ex's? thanks

idunno but i want to race sport class at a gncc and it says you have to be 16? is there any way around that

Bradly300 races that class. He has a modified 300 and a Blaster he races.
My friend Dave Maccarrol is the Sport class champion the last two years. He rides a 350cc stroker 300ex, Elka suspension and LSR arms. He's very fast!

A guy I know Matt Clapp races a pretty stock 300EX. Just like Works and a pipe. I think he got 2nd this year.

The Wisp and Rausch are very challenging tracks but alot of fun. I think they took T-Town off the schedule this year.

He ran the stock rear tires till Loretta's, now he runs 22" Klaws in the rear and 22" Pro Comps in the front.

almost every quad in the sport class is a 250x/300ex. these quads pretty much dominate the class. blasters seem to b the only other quad worth racing in the class.

there are a few very modded quads like mine, dave's and mickey dunlap's but of quads at the line, 75% have exhaust and shocks.

ive raced the rausch harescramble track a few times. they told me its simalar to that. thanks for the info guys. i just want to see what im up agianst. i may or may not race a national. id like to but well see.

I ran mine at T -town last year and came in 6th behind Dave M. My engine was stock except for the pipe and cam, and carb. Triple rate front shocks and PEP rear.

It's gonna have the 330 engine back for this season.

dave's is a 342 stoker from FDO i think, with thequadshop?lsr LT front end and elka susp. pretty sure thats it. its baddazz

mine is a 350 big bore, full race port from gthunder. elka front susp. still running the raptor rear for now
