Does anyone know how to get scratches out of s good set of fenders??

More stickers!!!

Try some Black Magic tire foam, Spray on and wipe off with a clean towel.
It seems to hide some scratches.

if you can find a plastic polish it usually works really well, all you have to do is wax it on then do wat ever the wax bottle/can tells you to do.
