Dirt Riot Coverage! Live from California

EXriders.com is exciting to bring to its members a full day of race coverage from the Dirt Riot. I will be uploading pictures & event details through out the day.
I arrived in Cali last night at 2AM Eastern Time and drove over 80 miles from the Airport to meet with Dan(Shift-DVS). I watched them build the track and play for awhile. The time flew and it was 5AM Eastern Time and I was almost awake for 24 hours straight, so off to the hotel I went.
If all my new technological toys work, I should be able to update EXriders.com directly from the event. This is a test run, so I did publicly announce it on the site earlier because I didn't want to get everyones hopes up and have problems. So far, everything is looking GREAT!
Enough rambling, I hope to have another update in about 6 hours once the action gets underway.
Posted by: Admin
WOW
, what a Day! This day was full of excitement and I think everyone will enjoy the pictures I got. I am sorry that I didn't update them throughout the day, but there was so much going on that I didn't want to miss anything.

Supercross Race Report!
It was great to see some of the best guys from the East and West racers go head to head. Everyone was extremely friendly and I was very impressed with all the MX racers!
The event was setup with two heats and the top riders from each heat got 1st pick for the Main Event Start!
The track itself was Insane! The jumps were bigger than most of Pros have evered had to clear on such a small course. They practiced the course in the Morning before everyone arrived.
Posted by: Admin
The Track Consisted of two deep whoop sections, numerous smaller doubles, and two huge 60'-90' doubles.

Great pics harlen.. Can't wait for the Glen Helen race pics.
PS..... It's Tavis (hold the R) Cain
And what's up with the YFZ nerfbars digging in the ground on landings...
I'm guessing the track was super loose and deep, if not that appears that lots of MX racers are gonna have broken heals and ankles..

Hey Nic welcome to the site, great to have you on here. Wasn't aware that you were one of the guys caught up in that pile up into the first corner. I was suprised that they ran all of you on the same race in the last event, especially after seeing the chaos during that first lap
You plan on racing the yammaha this year or was that a bit of a trial race to see how it worked for you?

my name is Cavanaugh. Don't know Brown but I've seen him around. My buddies like me to chase them for practice( i'm good at being a pain in the *** if ya know what i mean) I just race local tracks for the fun of it. If it don't make me rich i can't afford the time
