Removed emr. brake? no start

I removed my parking brake and there is this little box and two wires and without those wires plugged into the box i cant start from out of neutral. do i splice those twe wires together and what do i do with the little box?

Yep, splice the two wires together. Warning though, your quad will start while in gear so make sure you have the clutch pulled in.

The black box is no longer needed, I think it can be removed but not positive. Most people replace the clutch perch and lever at the same time but it isn't neccessary.

Toss the box after you splice the wires...... or you can leave the box wired in and just tape it to the bars.... either way you can now start.......

you should pick up a parts unlimited perch and lever...its like $10
