ya but do everyone a favor and dont try it unless u got a reallly slick surface, if you got ice on the ground were ever your at go for it

Doing donuts on aslick surface is all good and fun, but if theres not the fear on turning over and breaking bones and parts; well then what the hells the point in ridin in the first place.

newbies......

just takes practice kid! If you wanna do them standing up and u wanna learn try doing it on a loose surface and use the front brake a little bit to keep it from going to fast or the donuts from getting to wide.

When you get really good, you can start doin them on a paved surface

I usually just kinda lean over the inside tire, so it doesn't move at all, just spins around real tight. But any way is good, I just like doing that if its real tight.

If you get really really good you can go top of 2nd or mid 3rd in a straight line on grass and whip a 360 or 180.

Posted by: 250ex3

sjould i try shifting gears i can already do them in third and second and if so any tips on shifting from second while doing them

Posted by: Nausty

you mean shifting up while doing donuts?

If you mean how do you go in a straight line and do a 180 or 360 i'm not telling you cuz it can get you hurt real quick and you gotta have the right surface. (ice, wet grass, ect)

Shifting while doing donuts is best on ice, as Dustin said.... cause on a hard surface (dirt for example) your wheels and get grip and send you flyin and that delay between lettin out the gas and shifting can cause you to wheelie and not be ready for it and send you flyin.
