if ipull of my stock a arms,the ball joins have to come out to be powdercoated right? do they have to be pressed in? would i need to buy new ball joints when i put them back in?
what all would i have to replace bearings etc, everyhting is stock right now and in good shape

Well, I got some good and bad news for ya! My powdercoater guy told me that the ball joints on the stock upper arms come out and don't have to be replaced if you are careful....hence they can be powdercoated.
The stock lower arms ball joints do not come out, and can not be powdercoated. BUT, my pc guy will sandblast the paint off and degrease it before I shoot it with a can of Rustoleum paint.
This is what I am doing to my stock a arms next week. Hope this helps ya!

He said he is painting the lower a-arms. You can leave them in and get them powdercoated if you want though.

Sorry about the mix up dude! My stock uppers are getting pc'ed and the lower ones are getting few coats of Rustoleum. I am not taking the joints out or anything on the bottom ones. I am just masking them off and painting.
Man I wish I had the $ for some Laegers or something!
