SO FRUSTERATING....wtf how do i take the head off?????

ok, on a Yamaha Warrior, i have to remove the cam chain, but i can not figure out how the **** you remove that damn cam chain. The motor is at TDC on the flywheel mark, but then all it saws is remove the cam sprocket nut...but how?
any help is GREAT
