I wanna start racing some district 6 harescrambles with my 300. Does anyone race with there 300ex? How do you do? Also, whens the next D6 race?

it was today at d man today dude. a 300 is fine for XC racing. the only problem is that you have to really haul *** because if you race 4 stroke A,B,or C they are open classes wich means your 300EX will be up agianst YFZ's,Z's,Preds's,Ex's,and all that good sutff. If it was me id thow a HMF slip on,rejet,get a set of Maxxis Razr's and a few other bold on and your set.

Id suggest good shocks over the power first

i usually forget to mention shocks b/c they are a given.

buying good high quality shocks is a must

Thanks for the replies. Wheres the best track to start out on? Fromwhat ive heard, frost is a tough track to start out on. but thats the only track i realy heard anything about.

just start out at any local or national you can. the harder the first track is, the easier the rest seem! good luck
