it allo ready looks better than my quad

I've heard about using the 250r caliper but nothing about the CRF.
Just curious, more info?

Joe

Posted by: Pappy

the front caliper off of a crf 450 bike....the new bracket from GT THUNDER and a 250r rear caliper and rotor hub is all thats required. the crf caliper is dual piston and will provide a bit better stopping power. if all goes well ill be using the front calipers off of the new trx450r

Pappy,

How will the chrome powder coating hold up on side cases? I am planning on powder coating my subframe, swingarm and side cases chrome this winter.

Thanks

AS LONG AS THEY ARE CLEARED IT SHOULDNT BE TOO BAD. damn caps...

and depending on how you ride (wether your a frame hugger or a wide rider) will determine how long they stay pretty after they are done. i normally ask people how bad thier cases are now....if they are all tore up chances are the pc will get beat to death also. ive seen some cases that look like thye havent ever seen dirt...others look like the rider uses steel boots

Posted by: Rip_Tear

WOW, that is awsome! I hope I have some $$ let this winter to get some PC'n done! I definately want my frame done, because I am going to guesset it. But I will have to see what the funds are like..

Posted by: Pappy
