Im about to buy a new skid plate. What do yall like better?protect, proarmour,or prm? Im really rough on em and my ac is bent up like a beer can.I need the best.im leaning towards pro armour but want some others views.
BTW im also getting a rotor.Any sugestions? Are the titax ones from rockymountian worth a crap?there only $49

I am going to get the Protect stainless steel one, even though I like to jump, there are enough rocks around that I figured I can get the protect and it will save me, and if I need the weight down at the track I can buy a cheap one for out there Those stainless steel ones should last forever!

if your wanting durability i would go PRM. they are probably the heaviest duty you can buy. most all the pro gncc racers use them. also for rotor i would go Galfer Wave or Galfer Vented. probably best rotors i have ever used

I'm running Ricohet bulletline, I ordered them from Utah cycle, saw an ad in the back of Dirt wheels bought direct. The Heavy duty glide plate, swingarm, and a-arms for a 400ex, $214.00 deliver to my door. I raced them at Loretta Lynns, and about 7 XC races in state. Only scratches and small dents, no bends. My 2cent.

out of the ones you listed I would have to say PRM but I have not had any experience with the Protect, but the PRM are heavy duty and well made

I decided to get the pro armour.Ive seen their plates and its about the best ive seen. Thick with a small gusset on the low parts.Plus a very thick chain slide.

Pro Armor was my choice as well for the thickness of the plate, chain slider, etc. I don't have a whole lot of riding time with mine yet, but when I was on vacation riding mine a few weeks ago I smacked into few decent sized rocks and just kept on going!! I think you will be happy with your choice.

PRM

Pro Armor gets my vote once again!

the bullet riccochet skid plate from rocky mountain is a very tough skid plate. it is pricey, but worth it.
