You can bore a hole on the right side of the ring that goes around the fuel tank.

u can either drill a hole in the plastic, get rid of the ignition or i think u can get a 250x ignition holder at a honda dealer....

the 250x ignition is in the same place as it is on the 300ex and when i baught new handle bars i had to take my ignition off cause i didnt want to drilla hole in my plastic

I cut the "flaps" off of the sides and just kept the middle (mine's on the left, best pic I got)it's tight but I can still get the key in and out even with a crossbar

Damn thats a good idea

yeah i drilled a hole in the side of my plastic..i mean if u dont like it u can buy a new plastic piece for like $5. but i think it looks trick

my reverse has been removed so i drilled out the reverse light in the head light plastic houseing it looks all right and is very practical (no reaching under frame ect) and it looks somewhat stock

when I changed the bars on mine I made a bracket out of aluminum. it bolts to the headlight assembly where the phillips head srews are just inside where the bolt holes are in the headlight plastic for the handle bar bolts. the switch fits neatly between the bars and the headlight and it kind of fills that hole between them. It is strong and ez to make and it looks good as well..

Tom Miller Motorsports makes a billet Al bar clamp that the swith fits into. It works and looks great!!
