I got my son an older ds 80. how do I remove the 2-stroke oil injection, a line comes of the oil tank to the case and then the side of the carb. do I just block them off? then run pre-mix?

i would look for a kit on ebay or do a google search on it. if you cant find your answer there look at some blaster block off kits and try to work off there idea. in my mind i would think it would be as easy as blocking the ports for the oil but who knows there may be something else to it?!

yes, that is ok. The oil should go through some kind of a pump. I know on our race sleds we would disconnect the pump also to gain every bit of H.P.
