Glamis tommorow...

Heading out to Glamis tomorrow for a night ride... Leaving at 4 pm from LA.. should arrive in Glamis about 8 pm.... ride all night and leave Glamis at 4-5 am........

Anyone wanna join us they are welcome...

I've never went night riding in the summer... only in the winter... In the winter I didn't see much.. Actually the only thing I have seen out there are little sand lizards....

I know there are some animals thou because in the morning you can see paw prints on the sand sometimes....

How hot is it at night there? Im debating on riding tomorrow.But whew...........its gonna be 103-106 tomorrow.Even if I go later its still going to be in the high 90's..

.I as hoping to get one more wk end before my vacation time is over....Have fun at Glamis and be safe....

Carefully, the sand at Glamis is really soft in the summer. Must be because of the extreme heat and lack of moisture. It will be very different than in the winter. It surprised me last year.

My friends said it was in the mid 80's int he middle of the night. At 9pm it was still about 90-95..... I didn't end up going due to my cousins truck not being ready.

EX RIDERS FOREVER!

I love Glamis i live about 2 1/2 hours away, winter is the only cool time to go it is too hot in summer

Im getting a whitebrothers cam in november so hope ill be a little faster.
any one here gone up china hill? i did it and it is one steep mother
it is the best hill there.

I've done China Wall.. I actually like the ride out to the Wall from Ghecko just as much as the wall itself.. That is one fun ride up there and that is one huge massive wall...... till the winter I guess

I am so bored with summer riding. I shouldn't complain, Iv'e been to st. a's ,pismo, and mountian riding this summer.

the ride to china from geko is awesome and along the way are the biggest dunes out there, the best ride is geko to china to olds back past lizard back to geko it is on awesome ride!

i cant wait till winter either this summer heat sux with the air cooled 400 oh well its all part of the thrill!
