my valves started ticking on my 250x and i dont have a oweners anual and also cant find the adjustments on the internet

and was woderng if anyone knows what they r supposed to be set on?

The intake valves need set at .08mm to .12mm (.003to.005 inch)
the exhausts need to be the same
