ok, i HATE the stinking age limits!! my dad comes home from work today and says that i may not be able to ride in the sand dunes! im under 16(im 15) and have more then 90 or whatever it is cc's in my quad. do they check for age? i could easily pass for being 16 but i dont have any proper id.

also, think my t-4 will pass the sound test?

I would not worry about it. I've seen some little kids ridding fast banshees before but im not the Law so I dont know what will happen.

I wouldn't worry about it, the rangers seem more interested in the all chrome banshee riders pulling wheelies through the parking lot than the "kids" putting around. And I've never been sound checked either, though I'm fairly certain I would never pass if I was.

Are u talking about Sandlake Oregon or somewhere else? If it is then u should be just fine I have seen some small kids on 400s.

The age limit for quads is not a "Law" I'm pretty sure it only applies to dealers and race regulations. I've never seen anybody checked for age.

However, I've never been to Sandlake, so you can never tell...

I don't think that's actually a "law". From what I understand, the age restriction is an agreement between the CPSC and ATV manufacturers. A dealer might not sell you an ATV if you don't meet the age recommendation, but I don't think you can get a ticket if you ride one.
