i heard that pastrana had 3 fingers amputated off his throttle hand from his wreck dude that sux is it true??? wat else happpen

dude r u serious, he jumped a corvette on a gravel road goin like reall fast, ,and went out of control, ,and the car was so bad they couldnt tell wat it was, then engine flew out and stuff, and he had to be helicoptered out

The crash is true. The aputating the fingers is not.

i heard his whole hand was severly crushed and the doc said he'd never be able to even ride a bike again but they all say that. the doc said i couldn't race and hell i rode today with the cast on. anyway, they could have amputated his fingers because his hand was crushed.

Pastrana injured in automobile accident

Racer X is very sad to report that former 125cc National Motocross and 125cc East Region SX Champion Travis Pastrana was involved in a serious car accident last night near his home in Annapolis, Maryland. Pastrana, 19, and a friend who was riding with him, had to be air-lifted to a local hospital's trauma unit. The two were riding in Pastrana's car after midnight when the accident occurred. According to Travis' father, Robert, "Travis had some head injuries and crushed the bones in his left hand. The doctors were able to take care of his head, but he's going into surgery this afternoon for the hand and fingers." We will have more information as soon as it becomes available.
