Its annoying sometimes you have a bunch of good stuff and then youll have some bad luck. Right now im having problems with a bunch of powder spitting out all of a sudden once in a while. I think it has something to do with the humidity. I don't know, but its a pain.

Wich gun are you using? I have had the same problem

With my chicago gun and the metalic powders, like chrome and chrome smoke. the others all blow thru it fine

A chicago gun black chrome and red was doing that for me too. Though the black chrome seems to be worse about it.
