What do u guys think of Haspen? Is it very good riding? How much does it cost to ride?

a bunch of people I know are going there this weekend - like 30. But I don't really care for it. The trails are full of mud holes, ruts and very tight spots - you will be luck to see 3rd gear all day

I actually like Haspin, yes it is tight woods and I like that, but they also have 2 mx tracks. If thats not enough, they have unorganized drag racing you and your buddies can go mess around on w/o any wait. You can probably bring in an A-bomb and the staff wouldn't care. They have some really crazy hills there too (devils backbone). It is $15 per person to get in, and they have showers and places to eat and everything.

I spend 90% of my time on the MX tracks when I go to haspin. The trails in the woods suck big ones...

I made my first trip there last Saturday. Even though I blew a head gasket almost immediately after getting there, I did tool around on my buddy's quad a little. I liked the tight woods and hillclimbs but I was wanting to go fast a few times. I didn't get to ride the MX tracks at all, but they looked cool and very fast in sections. Even got some nice video footage of 400EX Magnum (from this site) as he tried to ramp his quad off of his own helmet!

He was successful. It was too funny.

Buckeye, I saw Magnum's freestyle debut. pretty impressive. That jump is not quad friendly. Glad to hear that he is ok though.

I was ok after getting run over by my quad. Nothing that a few cans of liquid pain medicine couldn't fix. Something about a camera filming me makes me do stupid things, or maybe that is just my lack of jumping skills. Either way, I was having a lot of fun on that track, except for that jump.

magnum, that jump is not quad friendly at all.

i bet before you rolled out on the track you mentioned those fatal words "hey man, watch this" Or it might of been jess bustin out his freestyle moves on the jump next to the bleachers.

Yeah before that he'd done his "stoppie in the air/heartattack-lookback", he just over-rotated a little the 2nd time. It's a patented trick, he was gonna break it out at the X-games. HAHAHAHA!
