I dont' think everyone that's goin has responded to the head count thread and it kinda went to chit..so I have no idea how many people are showing up. We should have plenty of room for at least 40 riders so if ya don't tell me your coming don't get mad if you don't have a camping spot...
What I do wanna know from you weirdo's is when everyone is going to show up. If we have several people showing up thursday at a decent time those of us that show up earlier can ride thursday morning for a few hours...come back and meet everyone..then go back to the trails.
Or we could ride thrusday morning and come back and drink the rest of the evening... which is just fine by me too....
Tell me what you guys think...

If we can get my buddies warrior going, we should be there Monday around 6 or 8 pm. I don't particulary want to pack up and come back to get more riders, espcecially since we don't know when everyone is going to ride.
I say we leave a big note to let them know where we will be at and try and meet them somewhere for lunch. But that is just my 2 cents.
Besides we got Friday and Sat to ride together.

just one, i plan on leaving my house between 7 and 8am thursday morning so that should put me there around noon to 1 o'clock

Electric should be provided...I cant remember if every site has it though... check with Rico for the cost per man for the site. I know he usually sets up a beer cooler for donations.

There is elec. & water at all 3 sites. A couple 6 outlet surge protectors come in real handy... Just bring a long extension cord and you'll be within 50 feet of any elec. box..
Cost is not much. It might cost each person $20 total for 3-5 days.. Camping is actually the cheapest part of the trip..
I was told $5 per tent per night. Full hook ups are $20 a night which I have 3 total. Here's a pic of 2 sites and the 3rd site is about as big as these 2 in the pic put together......

I normally ask them how much total for everyone on one site. Then I point them to the other site and say, take the cost up with them and then point at the 3rd site and say take it up with the guys on that site..So the price normally varies.. It also depends on how many days your down there too,,, It's not much I do know that. You'll drink more beer in one day than it cost you in dollar bills to stay for that day....

We aren't sure what time we are going to hit the road on Monday morning, but we are planning on leaving at 5am, which would put us at the campground around 3pm. Hopefully earlier.
So we won't ride till Tuesday, but PM me, and maybe we can hook up.

I had to laugh, when I was first telling my buddy about this place, I was telling him that I figured we were going to do about 100 miles per day.
Then we actually hit the trail, I think the first day all we did was like 30 or so.

May not be that bad. We need rain down there to get rid of the dust. Imagine 40-50 quads in a row...talk about some serious dust clouds. Doesnt look like a high percentage of rain either...probably get some rain, then it will blow over. Lets keep an eye on this.

The last ride we had in April was by far the worst riding weather we've had there..

last year when airdaddy set the truck alarm off i was sleeping in my jeep. i came awake with the 45 in my hand and slamming on the brakes i kinda thought i had fell asleep while driving not very fun being woke up to flashing lights and a loud horn then i couldnt get back to sleep due to the " love screams" from that general direction

I was gonna go with my dad and the truck, but Im thinkin about goin with someone that lives near me that I can hitch along with like maybe Chris (ride red 400 style) or my other friend John.

LMAO... same here. Its kinda funny though, when I used to live at home, I'd get yelled at for tearing the yard up with my quad. When the 4th of July comes, all hell breaks loose... by July 5th it honestly looks like 50 land mines went off.

I was thinkin about bringin some Moon Traveler Bottle Rockets or some fire crackers. Anything that blows up and that can injure you Il have.
