i don't really crash anymore I learned the hard way that riding over your head doesn't make you a better when you spent half the time bedded up. I got lots of scars, 100+ stitches, lol 4 knees, skin graph, cracked rib, concussions, brokan collar bone ect.

All in all I consider myself lucky though.
