Stock air filter cleaning

I cleaned the stock foam filter and I reckin' I'm supposed to "oil" it? No manual and search didn't turn up to much...

Any help is appreciated.

yes you are suppose to oil it the oil keeps the dust from entering the motor you can buy air filter oil or what i use is gear oil because thats what they told me at the honda shop.
