We're going to Coral Pink June 27-29!! There's a bunch of us going, and it would be great to meet some of you guys if you could make it. If anyone lives near Vegas or is close to the Arizona/Utah/Nevada border area, PM me for directions. The campgrounds are usually pretty full, so it's best to get reservations, but there's a dirt lot just down the road that's open for camping. If you're up there, we'll be in campsites 2 and 3, look for a blue Raptor, a red 400ex with One industries graphics, a couple of Z400's, and a Predator. The weather should be perfect, don't miss it!!!!

ooohhhh ooohhhh ooohhhh ooohhhh ooohhhh ooohhhh ooohhhh ooohhhh ooohhhh ooohhhh ooohhhh ooohhhh ooohhhh ooohhhh ooohhhh ooohhhh ooohhhh

i could finish up the zuki 250 and go i guess... would it be worth it without a paddle on a bike? never ridden a bike in sand.

My motor is still at ProFab, so if I don't get it back in time, I'll be riding a CR250. Bikes are a blast in the sand, just go buy a cheap paddle for $40 (I usually run a Cheng Shin or a Turbo Paddle). If you decide to head up there, let me know, I can give you directions. It's about 2 1/2 to 3 hours from North Vegas. If you plan on camping, you might want to make reservations unless you plan to camp in the dirt lot.

We'd go but utah state law states that a child must be 8yrs old or older to operate their own machine....and my boyis only 6...

we were going to go earlier this year but i wasnt going to make him sit and watch us ride

Its about 4-5 hours away from me so i do plan on going .............................someday

That sucks. Utah is definitely it's own little world. I've been up there several times, and have yet to see a ranger on the dunes, so you might be able to get away with it. You could always plead ignorance if you get caught.

Another spot you might want to consider. A new state park by Hurricane or St George Utah called Sand Hollow. It's brand spanking new. 1000acres of dunes and a resevoir to swim in right next to the sand. Not a big place to ride, but looked nice of the segment I saw on the local news....

Hey Sandgod - Do you know any more about Sand Hollow I called the State Parks place but they didn't have much info yet. Can you ride Jet Ski's?? Let me know if ya here anything We want to go up. Right now in St. George it's like in the high 90's as soon as it cools down ten degrees I want to go but even high 90's sound good compared to the Vegas heat.

I saw boats in the water on the news so I'd imagine jet ski's and such are allowed.. I know only what I saw on the news..

I called the state parks place yesterday and asked for a brochure but they didn't have any so I think this weekend we are going to go to Cedar City to ride the track (if they let quads on) and also go check out Sand Hollow.
