Will it be a long day for me or are they pretty simple to install? Also, looks like I only have to take the cylinder head cover off and not the whole head, right? I have done stuff like changing head gaskets/timing chain/etc, it was easy enough. I hope this is to. Doing this on my 400ex.

You'll need a valve-compressor and will want to be careful not to lose the little spring retainers (they're itsy bitsy!). Also, if you don't have one, go out and spend the money on a Honda service manual - makes all the difference.

Unfotunatley I have to agree with Big tall and ugly^^^
Very easy job it will only take a couple of hours to complete.Buy the tool to compress the valves and you will save yourself alot of cussing.

yea def. get a tool but DONT order the honda one, its $65 and you can just go down to the auto store and pick one up for only $15
plus they should have them in stock and your honda dealer probably wont
also get a clymer manual, they're great to have
