This is my friends quad, Ricky Stair, he dominates the Youth Production class at nationals, the kid is FAST and he will be pro in no time! Has Roll Design 250r a-arms, shock mount and i believe 19" axis shocks...if you ever go to a national, be sure to watch him....!

your not gunna find anything under 500...after shippign and stuff it will be around 550-600 anywhere you look...Personally i would never get fullbore again, it looks sweet as hell, but it gets scratched and just makes you wish you got Maier....hard to spend $580 on fenders...

If I had it to do over again that's waht I would do. It looks great and doesn't cost nearly as much as fullbore. I did get a good deal on mine though from C&D. I think my fronts were $250 shipped.

I just got the red fronts since my rears were in perfect shape and I think it looks pretty good.

because $600 is alot for plastic, when u scratch it u feel awful cause u just spent $600 on plastic that u messed up, maier cost half as much so u can buy 2 sets of maier for 1 set of fullbore

There are Works on mine also

I personally don't have experience with Elka, but the Works were great.

the works are great.. i had elkas on my old 250r, and dont get me wrong the elkas are much better than works but if your not doing competitive racing then works will be perfect.

I'm somewhat biased as far as brands go, but there are some things that I could recommend for you. Some things may cost more than other, some may cost less. But in my opinion, these parts would be better choices.

AC bumper, nerfs, and grabbar

Burgard +3 a-arms(the ASR arms use heim joints at all of the pivots, and this can be somewhat difficult to set up correctly)

TCS or Elka shocks (I'd recommend Elkas, as they come standard with zero preload)

Do the Raptor rear shock, but have it rebuilt before you use it, and have a 250R rezzie hose installed, and have it converted to zero preload

Streamline extended brake lines

Don't buy the Douglas .125's, just use your stock rims.

As for your motor, instead of buying a whole new motor, have yours tweaked. 300EX crank and cylinder. Wiseco .080 piston kit. Webcam, and have your head ported and polished. I'd also throw on either a Sparks X-4 or TC racing exhaust.

If however you do decide to ditch the 250X motor, make sure to pm me, as I'll be looking for one sometime soon.

when my dad bought the quad it have hole shot rims but the guy messed them up and he also gave us some utitly tires so i cant use stock
and my 250x engine has a problem with 3 gear so im just gonna get a 350x engine
i already have a AC racing bumper on it and it looks sick
and now that you said how hard it is with ASR a arms ill probly go with Burgard +3 a-arms and how much would elka shocks go for

oh yeah and i just got my engine back together and i had to rebuild the carb and i recived the plastic and seat cover on monday so im gonna out the palstic and seat cover on this weekend when im not working let me know if you want to see it when im done putting the parts on

my 300 looks like a 400, and isnt rigged at all.... its being torn down and rebuilt over the winter..

thanks for the advice on the cheaper yoshi, and the crap on the fender, its some dirt, and they were painted when i bought them, im sandin it all of, and using a special plastic paint for car bumpers that are dent proof, like some plastic bumpers, im gettin it from my work, so it wont crack if they bend, prolly paintin them gloss again....otherwise meh
