Who's all gonna be at the High Point national coming up the weekend of the 20th?? I'll be there contesting the R in 250 B and maybe 16-24...If you're going, get in touch w/ me and we'll exchange cell #'s and stuff. I'm sure Norm and Curt will be there, and Tommy probly...let me know what's goin on!!

I plan to be there...............spectating. I would race, but hate to slow down that action with having the helicopter having to land to fly me to a hospital! Yes, I'm no mx'er, but love to watch the people that got the um......guts to do it. Hat's off to ya!
That straightaway leading to the finishline is wild too. Several huge jumps in a row!!! I'd have to buy some Depends for those!

pit row is nothing on a quad most people say...
i'll never hit it so i can't tell u... but i've seen lots of quads jump it...
now that step up is freakin nutz... and the sad part its not even the biggest one there... the triple step up next to the holeshot is bigger... only one quads done it... jasmine plante or something...
i can't believe the guy on h5 tried that step up on a 350x 3wheeler haha... nutty guy...

Tommy, i thought i heard someone say the made pit row alot bigger now? And alot od the guys on quads didnt do it last race there. The D5 race.

Well...
The track was ridiculous. They didnt peak the step up like they did last year. I saw 1 A/Pro-Am rider do it, and about 10 pros were hitting it. Last year B riders could make it....
I did do pit row in my Open B qualifier and 250 B LCQ.
I qualified for Open B, and was 1 place short in 250 B.
In my 250 B LCQ I was in 3rd out of the hole, then got passed by someone, and then I passed 3 guys, and was in 1st. I had about a 9 second lead my friend said, and then I wrecked on the tunnel jump after the "staircase". I flipped pretty bad, cuz of a kicker on the face of it. I popped my arm out of socket, and it was killin me. Today I tried to run my Open B main, and bumped a guy on the sweeper after the start, it jarred my bars, and pulled on my arm, and I was done. I putted around a lap and sat by the finish line waiting for the checkers...

I think he was just having problems with his bike... i dunno... i was much more happy about my cuz finally being able to finish a race on sunday and keepin his bike 2gether and not worring about anyone else... but if anyone got pics of Diver's crash send them to me b/c i want to see them b/c i missed it... he's hurting as of last nite all brusied up and sore... poor baby

Oh, found out Gust cased the step-up and stalled it.
From what I heard Dave is lucky to be walking! Every crash I see of his, he always walks away, but it looks like he shoulda been dead! The wire fence at Mapleshade, whoops at Fox.....ughhh!!! He's gotta find a new addiction.

Natalie DNFed both Pro Prod. motos....dont know what happened there... then he DNFed 1st pro moto...2nd pro moto he was doing well, and something happened and he had to work his way up...but he was riding like I've never seen anyone ride before, it was awesome
Dunk lost his fenders or something in pro prod and his dale was blowin white smoke.
Ellis kicked *** 2nd pro moto, he took the holeshot and was gone.. with Plante not too far behind...Gust was knockin on Plante's door and got him finally, but Planted passed him back when Doug stalled it...
Jones couldn't reel in Gust 1st pro moto, 2nd moto he wrecked after the start, and worked his way up, passing 16 people, he was FLYING!!
Joe Byrd did freakin awesome too, I think he had 3rd the 1st moto, but I dont remember the 2nd.

i was there and i didnt see no pile up.... but hey what the hell do i know... alot happened with Natalie this weekend lets just say he wasnt to happy and i think everyone knew why... Yeah well i didnt see the crash with Diver all i saw was him layin on the ground and the cross flag out... i talked to him last nite and he said he was fine just sore and bruised up... i couldnt find him after he came off and he pitted across from us... o well i'm sure i'll know more tonite on that... as for Dunk... his seat fell off... and then he lost his fenders and it all kinda went down hill from there... i havent talked to him yet but i'm sure i'll call him tonite to find out.... i got some pics back today and have a few scanned so just im me if you want to see...

thanks for the news, how about the A class did Wimmer smoke everyone or what?????? Does everyone know he just had his ROLL stolen last week, it was stolen form ecatv which is right down the road from me, (makes me nervous, i gotta an alarm installed now). That kid is flying, i think we'll see him in the Pro ranks in a few more years. Really nice kid too, great to talk to really down to earth, he sure doesn't have a "tude" like he's real fast but he fly's!!!!!! Please keep your eyes out for his stolen ride, blue ROLL frame, w/ everything chrome, white fenders w/ ecatv graphics and a PROX 330 ported by Gilbert!!!!!! Blue Hinson cover....

I really like Dunk we met at a few hairscrambles he has run, hes really turned it up this year. John is starting to get it together to, he's always been fast , for like 10 years he's been great, disappeared for a while but hes back and seems more focused than ever. I guess they need to get rid of those DNF's. I have always wished the best for John mainly cause i grew up in your area, i went to West Branch elem. and i still have family in Philipsburg and Morrisdale... Moved away about ten years ago when i was 16, thats when it was still cool to cruise Philipsburg, and have keggers at Drain and Bigler....hahahaha small world!!!!!

ya know what the sad part is.... WE STILL PARTY AT THOSE PLACES AND P-BURG IS STILL THE TOWN TO DRIVE AROUND IN.... nothing has chnaged trust me... I didnt know that you went to WB.... seeing that you went there i dunno if i should talk to ya since i went to MV ...lol... i would have a better "race report" if i could get ahold of some other ppl... but Diver and Dunk are my boyz and always will be no matter what happens to our friendship they have been there for me though alot and are always by my slide no matter how bad i ***** them out when i'm in a bad mood and John is my cuz so he's like my big brother to me and tells me just to behave and i look up to him alot too

What about Gust's quad. The first Pro moto on Sunday, Gust kept everyone from doing the uphill double, but his quad is soooooooo fast it's unreal! He was pulling modded r's and yz's on hills with ease! TC did an excellent job on that machine!

that looks like plante on the inside of that last picture... he is fast,when he comes up to Canada for the Nationals he makes us look like we are standing still... plus we are use to 15min moto and he is use to 20 min +2 laps, so he doesn't wind down near the end like the some of our riders up here...

Jerimiah Jones impressed me more than anyone at the race he passed 16 people for 2nd place he was flyin Now as for dunk he wrecked his 1st moto so i went to talk to him b4 his second one started he said that he came down the hill right after the big step up and there was like a random quad sittin there he said he was 5th gear pinned and couldnt do anything he hit the quad and he told me he must have went up over the handlebars and hit his knee but he came out pretty stong next moto exspecially with the bad knee i was just waitin for him to hit the big stepup but it never came

Gust is also a very smart rider, as he led the first moto on Sunday, he made everyone ride his race by not taking unnecesary chances doubling the big stepup jump. But he could out accelerate most of the compitition.
Gust is still in excellent shape too as his first lap is just as fast as his last lap.
