Posted by: kxrider

hte landing

Posted by: QuAdRaCeR244

looks good

Posted by: hessianmx111

looks good but what are you jumpin with. cause the landing looks a lil sketchy for a big bike

Posted by: kxrider

ya we still have about 5 wheele barrow loads of dirt for the landing, we are goin to put most of it at the bottom and mid section to make it longer and mellower

Posted by: Juggalo

made out of weak wood so i don't like it. sorry, not tryin to be a dick i just know first hand that wooden ramps are no good.

Posted by: kxrider

juggalo i metal is better but for me wiht no job 60$ for a wood ramp is much better than metal, we are not goin to hit it on quads so it should hold up pretty good for a few months til we move up

Posted by: Juggalo

a dirtbike will put more stress on it then a quad will. its also gonna move all over the place probably too when you hit it cuz its so small and light.

Posted by: kxrider

o well we'll have our fun til one of us goes through it, lol, its all good

Posted by: motoracer11

the jump looks good, could be better if it was metal, but not everyone can spend that kinda money...hope it doesnt break

that landing looks a bit steep

Posted by: CowsBitePeople

Ive went through 2 wooden jumps And the landing does look alittle steep but the jump looks like it will be fun

Posted by: kxrider

we finished it yesterday, and we jumped it on bmx bikes into the river, and we got 14ft hight , and 30-40ft distance its awsome, u can do flips easy ill try to have soem pics soon

Posted by: motoracer11

get pics

flips into water on bikes sound fun

Posted by: QuAdRaCeR244

get some pics

Posted by: kxrider

were goin to jump into the river again tommrow proly so ill try to get my friend with the digi cam to go

Posted by: kxrider

o ya we made the ramp wide enough for a quad cuase my friend wants to hit it on his 400ex, im thinkin of doin it on my 250ex, do ya think i will be the first person to hit a freestyle jump on a 250ex, or u think i might could get a record for biggest air from 250ex????

i highly doubt it. we were barley gettin 14 feet and 30 feet out with our old ramp and it was way bigger than that one and we were hittin it with quads n dirtbikes. unless you have it on a dock thats like 10 feet high and your counting that as height (and that shouldn't count anyways).

Posted by: hessianmx111

hey juggalo ive seen pics that crazycasey posted at fmtx of a smaller wooden bmx style ramp and some dude on a kx125 was jumpin. how high do you think he was gettin?? cause im gonna build a similar one

Posted by: kxrider

hey im just sayin wat my friends told me since there all to big of pu$$ys to jump it i just got to go with wat there tellin me how high i got, and if you think about it 30ft isnt that far at all about 5-6 bike lengths, but ill find out how clos my friends were lata if we get to go with the camera

if i'm thinking of the right ramp then i only have one pic of it and you can't even see it barely. it shows how high he gets tho. for the record that broke and it almost got one of my friends hurt really bad. thats why i never suggest building a wooden ramp. they are just not strong enough.

Posted by: motoracer11

looks like a fun little jump

ya ive always liked the idea of jumping people, until on of my friends rooled it and almost landed on us...he said he couldnt shift , if you ask me, he bailed
