I just recently got a K&N Airfilter and was wondering, how do you clean that thing? I know how to clean a foam filter if it's similiar to the K&N in any way...

Buy the K&N powerkit,,,,the oil and cleaner,,,don't use gas, or kerosen, or any other BS out there,,use what K&N engineering designed for their filters. Anything else your just askin for trouble.

I already bought an Airfilter and Outerwear Cover, about how much does it cost to buy the oil and cleaner seperatly?

You can get it for about $12 from just about anywere,,even local car places should have it like pep boys, autozone, napa,,etc...but by all means don't go about it halfarse,,get what is recommended.
