another......

Wow...for some reason yours looks A LOT better than mine! How smooth is your suspension? Mine is kind of rough, and choppy....also..how do you make sure your have both fronts at the same setting? Thanks! O how do you like the scoops also?

Posted by: Predator38

Hi...Thanx.....I'm still running with the stock settings it seems to work well for me there....you can use a tape measure and measure the amount of thread showing on the front shocks to see if there set the same, atleast thats what I do....as far as the scoops go they work pretty well, the fan dosent kick on quite as often as it used to...later

Thanks...thats what I've been doing...i actually did count how many threads are showing too! I wish there was an easier way though. Also, I think this is due to me needing to adjust the chain...but when going into a corner and hitting the rear breaks with the clutch in, it sounds as though the change or something is being rattled back and forth...have u had that happen? thanks

Posted by: Predator38

yea...its just the chain slapping the roller..I read where the evansville superbike shop has other rollers they sell thats supposed to help it.....do you race yours or just tear around....I drag race and some mx...just getting started at mx at the young age of 35....lol...its an awesome bike though, very seldom get beat unless I'm sleeping at the lights...lol......Later

I just tear around....on an mx track that is groomed i can see the stock susp. being smooth, but out in the fields it's a little rough. I would like to get it dialed in good. But landing sideways is a B*tch lol...o well...also..how does your clutch feel compared to other sport quads? and the location of the shifter...it seems to high for me.

Posted by: Predator38

clutch feels fine to me......Im kind of tall 6'2 so the shifter feels fine also....I've read where smaller riders find that it sits to high but for me its good.....later
